Black and white laser copies on clear vinyl attached with wire
Dimensions: scaled to the size of the tree
All the leaves of one tree were duplicated with black and white photographic reproductions. In early autumn, before the leaves began to fall, every natural leaf was paired on the tree with a duplicate. As the natural leaves started falling, the reproductions remained, becoming increasingly visible. By winter, the tree was like a shadow version of itself, covered only with the black and white leaves.
